David brings almost 20 years of real estate experience working closely with Sellers, Buyers, Corporate Executives, Builders, Architects, Bankers, Attorneys and Financial Planners on unique real estate projects. Reputation, level of achievement, and exceptional transaction history place him among the most distinguished agents in the luxury market.

David has extensive experience working with a wide range of corporate clients such as Relocation Companies, Bank Trust Departments, Bank Owned Properties, Short Sales, and complex Probate and Divorces. In addition to being an Associate Broker, David is a Maricopa County Superior Court Special Real Estate Commissioner, a licensed Arizona Home Inspector (inactive),  and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Raised in San Francisco, but a proud graduate of Northern Arizona University, David returned to Phoenix in 1996 after a successful radio management career with stops in Houston, Tampa, Oklahoma City and Pittsburgh. David has three boys; a graduate of Arizona State University currently working as a Collections Specialist for Chase Bank, a Senior studying Biology and Chemistry at Arizona State University, and a Junior studying Physics at CalTech.
